Our community gathering is an online experience. There are weekly development circles on Wednesday evenings via zoom. Begining at 7:15pm EST and run approx. until 8:30ish. With a specific spiritual topic.

A short sharing session + meet and greet to start. Prayer or positive intentions for those needing healing and also to open our circle and call in the Angels. Meditation and message work. Sharing and validation + a Q & A if there’s time. Or it’ll be carried over into the next day in our Facebook private community then a group closing.

Depending on the payment plan you choose you’ll have direct access to your private website portal where we currently have classes, lessons and lives uploaded in there. You’ll have access to all of this at the price you join us with. Even when the price goes up, which it will. You’ll never pay more than what you join us for today!

I offer video, audio, and some written work to accommodate all learning styles. The design of the material offered is to walk you into an ever increasing connection with your intuition and the Spirit world. Week by week and month by month.

There are recorded zoom coaching hot seat calls available for answering and addressing questions + moving into learning all that’s new to you + living it, implementing it and owning it!

The design is approx. an hour and a half a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less depending on your relationship to the focus/lesson in your life also the amount of members who participate each week. What I know to be true since embarking on my own Spiritual unfoldment adventure is that as you show up for yourself, going and growing through the 7 steps/stages of your Souls Pathway to success with us each week. The stronger your connection to Spirit will become.

Think of this as your sacred Spirit time. Treat it as you would any other important appointment. Carve out time for yourself. Your happiness matters. This appointment is probably your most import one on your calendar because you’ll be learning so much about your own soul self.

Doing this work will bring you clarity, peace and joy in your life which in turn will free you up to gathering even more increased inspiration to devote the time. I hear you on this. Our time and resources are precious. And to me, tending to your happiness and wellbeing are THE most important focus of your human life. Everything else springs from that.

I noticed Lisa’s into a ketovore lifestyle tell me more about the nutrition part please. You do not have to be a ketovore, or any other kind of healthy lifestyle. Although you can be if that's your choice.

I found that since developing my abilities I seem to do and feel much better making healthier choices in all facets of my life. And yes you can still drink wine and eat dark chocolate! Just not while we’re in circle please. Spirits with our Spirits isn’t the best idea...😁

The nutrition segment is about up-leveling what you're already doing to include more whole and real food in your diet because the life force in whole food translates to a higher quality of life force in your entire system (mind, body, soul and Spirit). I'm a fan of the middle path and occationally some yummy soul food 😉 atop a regular foundation of goodness and healthy choices.

That being said we do have a thread FB group called Wellness and Weightless for Intuitive Empaths. It’s pretty much an accountability group for those who care to share and participate. I often offer ideas, recipes, nutritional supplements, that I’ve had success with in my own life. Being a Wellness Strategist I work with all natural plant medicine so yes I do offer affiliate links to some of my product lines that work for mind, body and Spirit wellbeing.
