From Pain to Peace 🙌🏻 The Surprising Power of Our Healing Circles
Healing On (and Off) the Trail ✨🙌🏻✨
Last week my friend Dennis, one of my trail-riding buddies reached out to me in serious pain.
He’s usually the picture of good health and energy. Always up for a bike ride and a good laugh.
But this time, he wasn’t calling to plan a ride. He had a painful flare-up of gout. A form of inflammatory arthritis often triggered by high levels of uric acid in the blood.
He joked that maybe it was one too many oysters… And probably a cocktail or two that pushed it over the edge.
But the pain wasn’t a joke, it was real, intense, and keeping him from functioning comfortably, sleeping, working, living, etc..
He asked if I could help with some energy healing, and I of course said yes. But I was only able to offer him distance Energy Healing as my deck is being worked on and I had to reschedule a ton of clients.
It seemed he had never experienced distance healing before so he was probably a little skeptical. I kind of felt that from the tone in his voice.

Since he still had some lingering elbow pain, I suggested my go-to combo of Deep Blue + Frankincense.
As an essential oil educator, one of my favorite power pairs is Deep Blue and Frankincense. A combo I always have on hand.
Frankincense is known as a driver oil, which means it helps other oils penetrate more deeply into the muscles, bones, and tissues for enhanced support and faster relief.
It’s one of my favorite fast acting oil hacks + it works like a charm!
